We have managed to get 7 points out of 9 in the 3 games that Mark Noble has worn the captains armband, not only have we got those points, the team have also put on arguably our best performances of the season so far..........and that's with 10 men!
Ok fair play to Nolan, it could be down to the fact of having our new players, but Faubert has stepped up a few gears due to the more attacking role that he can play in Nolan's absence. Noble has always and will always bleed claret and blue...this is why he puts in 110% in every match he plays, and I think this rubs off onto the other players around him.
